We now have the facility for you to be able to collect any orders for no charge from one of our two galleries in Beaumaris.

Just click COLLECTION ONLY when selecting delivery method. Please note this is only available for customers who are willing to collect their order in person.

We will contact you when the item is in stock and ready to be collected.



When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 5 - 7 working days but delivery could take up to working days 10 days. If you require an item sooner than this, please contact us directly to check if this possible. 

We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep the goods on back order or refund you. Small and light goods (cards, coasters) will be sent out with Royal Mail. Larger items are sent via Parcelforce and will require a signature.

You can also pay an extra postage charge to have an (in stock) item posted on a 24hr delivery. Please contact us if you should require this option.

We have an Etsy shop, where overseas customers can purchase rolled up Janet Bell prints. 

For all other items please get in touch for a quote by either calling us on 01248 811050 or emailing us specifying what you would like.



We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are not please notify us within 7 days and return the goods to Janet Bell Gallery, Ariandy, 15 Castle Street, Beaumaris, Anglesey LL58 8AP.

We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase providing that it has not been used and is in the same condition as when you bought it. In the case where the products are one offs, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement. In this instance we will offer a similar product or contact the designer to see what they can do.

Unfortunately post and packaging costs are non refundable and we cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost. If returning a product please retain proof of posting, you can ask for a free certificate of postage at the Post Office. In the event of the goods ever being damaged or faulty we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
